Welcome to 123 Global Education! These Terms and Conditions govern your enrolment in our TEFL certification courses. By purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.
1. Enrolment and Eligibility
Who Can Join: Courses are open to individuals aged 18+ who are proficient in English. No teaching experience or degree is required unless otherwise specified.
Instant Access: Once payment is complete, course access is granted automatically. No further login setup is required.
Accurate Information: You must provide correct details at registration. Your name will appear exactly as entered on your certificate. Editing issued certificates will incur a fee.
2. Course Fees and Payment
Fees: Prices are shown in GBP and listed clearly on our platform.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payment options through our platform.
Non-Transferable: Fees and access cannot be transferred to another person or course unless authorised in writing.
3. Course Access and Format
Platform Access: After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the course dashboard.
Pacing: All courses are self-paced with no set deadlines.
Virtual Practice (TEFL 130): The 10-hour virtual teaching component is delivered in scheduled group classes across four sessions. You’ll be able to join the next available batch upon purchase.
4. Certification
Issuing Body: Certificates are awarded by Spinnaker School of English, accredited by the British Council, English UK, and CPD.
Requirements: You must complete all required components with a minimum score of 80%.
Timeline: Certificates are issued within 14 working days after verified completion.
Employment Disclaimer: Certification does not guarantee job placement.
5. Refund Policy
14-Day Guarantee: A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the course has been completed.
No Refunds After: No refunds will be granted after the 14-day period or after 20% course progress, whichever comes first.
TEFL 130 Virtual Sessions: Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled unless within the 14-day window.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All course content belongs to 123 Global Education or our licensors.
Personal Use Only: Course materials are for individual learning use only and may not be copied or shared.
7. Student Conduct
Respect Policy: Professional and respectful communication with instructors and peers is required.
Dismissal: Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
No Guarantees: While the course is designed to be comprehensive, outcomes such as job placement or teaching success cannot be guaranteed.
Platform Responsibility: We are not liable for interruptions caused by external platforms (e.g., Zoom/Google Meet).
Technical Issues: You are responsible for having a working device and internet connection.
9. Updates and Changes
Course or Term Updates: We reserve the right to update course content, schedules, or terms. You’ll be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements.
Continued Access: Continued use of the course after updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.

How do I enroll and get started?
Complete the registration form on our website and select your course. After submitting the form, you’ll be directed to the payment gateway. Once full payment is received, we’ll send your login credentials to access the study portal.
Will I receive a certificate upon completion?
Yes, upon successful completion, you’ll receive a digital certificate from Spinnaker School of English, accredited by the British Council, English UK, and CPD. Certificates are issued within 14 business days, provided all assessments are passed (minimum 80% score required). Note that edits to the certificate after issuance are chargeable.
What happens if I miss the virtual teaching sessions in TEFL 120 PLUS?
Non-attendance of the scheduled virtual teaching sessions is your responsibility. No replacement classes or recordings are provided, and this does not entitle you to a refund unless within the 14-day money-back guarantee period. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details.
Are these courses recognized internationally?
Yes, both courses are certified by Spinnaker School of English, accredited by the British Council, English UK, and CPD, making them widely recognized by employers worldwide.
